Nursing Care Services
At 4JS Harmony Homecare, we believe everyone deserves safe, professional, and compassionate clinical support when recovering from surgery, hospitalization, or medical treatment. Our Nursing Care services are delivered by Registered Nurses (RNs) and are thoughtfully tailored to each client’s medical needs, helping ensure a smooth recovery at home while maintaining dignity, comfort, and safety.
Post-operative Recovery Care and Assistance
Our nurses support healing after surgery, including clinical monitoring of vital signs and recovery indicators, pain management support, wound care assistance (such as dressing changes and infection monitoring), and help with mobility, positioning, and daily recovery needs like hygiene and safe movement.
Post-hospital Recovery Care and Assistance
Our nurses ensure a safe and supported transition from hospital to home, including follow-up nursing assessments, discharge plan coordination, medication and treatment support, symptom monitoring, patient and family education, and assistance with establishing stable daily care routines.
Medication Administration
Our nurses ensure the safe and accurate delivery of prescribed treatments, including injections, IV therapy, and other physician-ordered medications, and monitor for side effects, treatment response, and adherence to prescribed medication schedules in accordance with clinical guidelines.
